The search criteria for both city and agricultural property requires you to know the name of the city or town (Il Comune) associated with the property in question as well as the specific Property Registry identifiers known as Folio # and Parcel #. Older recorders refer to the latter as Mappale #.
Expect us to send you email copies of the results within approximately three business days. If no results are found, a “negative report” will be sent to you anyway. This means that either there is no property associated with the property identifiers or you gave us inexact data. You will then be given two more attempts

The standard report may include up to 3 individual parcel references.

An order is fulfilled when any title report is successfully generated and delivered to you by email. If your search generates no “hits”, a negative report will be generated. You will then be given two more attempts.
